Klaudia Saariaho (b.1999) is a Finnish-Filipino artist based in Tampere, Finland. Her artistic practice involves working with unconventional materials such as broken household objects, discarded plastics and organic matter. She is guided by the unpredictability of these materials, with a strong focus on the texture and tactile expression, which takes centre stage in her artworks.
